The Mandarin word for meaning is 意思, in Japanese it’s 意味. That’s normally enough of a distinction for Google, but if not, you can say どういう意味 to be extra clear
Hey, I finally solved this issue myself recently. If you’re using Google, you can set the languages of your search results. I selected Japanese and English, works like a charm.
