〇〇さん is read as “marumaru-san” and used as a placeholder when explaining something and you need an example like Person A.
But I’ve also heard squares, triangles and diamond(?) symbols being used as example placeholders but I can’t figure out the reading for them. Please help me!

i’d just read them as なになにさん
Might only be the older demographic, but some people say ほにゃららさん.
なんとか?
Is this how Sony named PlayStation controller’s buttons?
