Kokorahen / ここらへん vs. Konohen / このへん

I was watching a Youtube video where a girl was shopping in a supermarket in Japan and talking about what she was seeing. At one point she said, “このへんはらめんですね” and then she went to another section and said “ここらへんはつけものです。”

I’m seeing that both words are being defined as “around here, about here, this area”. But, does anyone know the difference and can explain? Maybe I am misunderstanding.
