I looked around for days and found nothing, is that even possible? I have less time sitting in front of the computer nowadays, to have something like that on my iPhone (right, I’m looking for a iOS app) could boost my Japanese learning greatly I think! Thanks!

I don’t think browser extension like language reactor is possible on mobile devices, last time I checked, I couldn’t get Netflix to play on my mobile browser, have to use Netflix app instead.
However, if you have both video and subtitle files, you could try [Kishi]([https://apps.apple.com/us/app/kishi/id6443886310](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/kishi/id6443886310)), it made text in subtitle selectable, and you could lookup word or even translate the whole line with iOS built-in dictionary.
