My company demoted me for being absent because of sickness. Right now i am positive of covid19 and they didn’t believe me at first and wanted me to go back to the office even though i was advised to isolate. I was able to let a doctor talk their senses and now my manager sent an email about my demotion starting next year from full time to part time. Is this even legal? I really don’t know what actions I should be doing and this is taking a toll on my mental health.
