I’ll be returning to Canada at the end of January after spending nearly a decade here.
Along my journey, I adopted a cat and would like to bring her back with me.
Originally I planned to bring her on my flight through Air Canada, but I just got off the phone with them and learned that they don’t accept pets in the cabin or check-in for flights leaving from Japan, Korea, and China. A recent policy update that’s not indicated anywhere.
Does anyone know of a service that I can hire to transport my cat?

There’s a Facebook group called “Shindogs”. It’s based in Korea but perhaps they can get you in contact with someone in Japan. Good luck!
Edit: try calling other airlines like Delta. That’s how we brought our 2 dogs to Korea.
