Last August 31 2022 i got into an accident on my way home from work riding on bicycle . Then my broker handle anything related with the accident including insurance claims and talking to the police but it’s already been 4 months since the accident and i still haven’t get the first offer. My broker didn’t allowed me to get rosai hoken since the insurance company gonna pay for all of it even miss work for 1 month . So my question its been 4 months and why i still haven’t got any offer is that really how it works? The insurance company is AXA and Jibaiseki both company gave a paper to fill up about accident insurance compensation to my broker he fill it up and pass it to both of the company but until now we haven’t heard anything from them. Should i ask for a professional advice or just wait till i hear from them again?
