Mercari locked my account because I didn’t click on the confirmation email

I was sent a confirmation email 4 months back by Mercari when I registered. didn’t click. it expired. now I can’t do anything on Mercari even after linking my bank account.

I want them to send another verification email but the process they suggest on their site through changing your email or something doesn’t bloody work. anyone have any experience with this or a solution??
