Sorry for the confusing title.
Tomorrow will be my 7th day after symptoms of the virus, and I was told that to end quarantine I need to see a doctor and get their approval.
Not just from my school, but from the location I took my test, I was told to report to a local hospital.
That being said, my japanese language ability is trash, and I can’t understand what the automated bot is saying when I do try and call.
Some advice would be greatly appreciated!
Edit – I do also need to submit my test to the school for my absence to be allowed, so it will be on paper that I have the virus. Not sure if that changes anything.

If you stay in line and don’t press any button, usually a human will answer in the end. You could google for English Corona support + your location. Also, wouldn’t be your school be your first choice to ask if you run into that kind of problems?
According to official rules, you just need to wait 7 days from positive test (and 24 hours from last symptoms) then you are free. No need visit a doctor, that just risks overloading the medical system for no reason.
