I believe 青森 and 札幌 are the cities with the most snow in Japan, if I remember correctly. But I think that’s in “amount of snow” and not “days with snowfall”.

Back from Hokkaido last week and it was snowing pretty reliably in Sapporo and Asahikawa. Here’s a picture of a shrine on top of Mount Moiwa in Sapporo.

It’s snowed pretty much all day here in Sendai
We’ve got a lot of snowfall here in Aomori prefecture. Like, the kind of snowfall that sticks around and has the plows running all day.
North = snow
South = no snow
if you check out the Okitama region of Yamagata it snows and it doesn’t stop for a while
Go to any lake . Sit and look at the water.
