Hello! There was this comment here on reddit regarding a post where a person got a accepted into a university here, but wants to change their univ. The comment was “you can ask the university administration if they can transfer you to the school you like since you got accepted.” It was along those lines. I have been trying to find the post for days but no luck. I am wondering if that is possible and can be? Thank you in advance for your help!
