Wondering how you’d say this name or if I’m even reading it right.

So I’m still learning the language and am still in basic conversation stuff. We have a boy in my class though (kinder age) who signed his name ローヤイラ the middle character I’m not sure though if I’m seeing it right could be an ア or other like character… Honestly it looks like a boxy P how he wrote it. I was just wondering if anyone had insite into what it could be. His mom uses ロー only when talking about him.
