It’s a movie set, not a public train. Those sex taxis aren’t real taxis either. That one guy can’t actually freeze time.
Other countries definitely have the same genre. There’s Czech train porn for example. Of course America isn’t going to make it since they don’t have good public transport, but they definitely have a lot of car and taxi/Uber porn over there which fills in the space where the train or bus porn would go. “Sex in public” is definitely a fetish that every porn-producing country targets.
As MeijiroCherry said it’s filmed on a set. This also applies to bus and airplane porn.
