Hey there guys. I have a cover letter and resume prepared for submission with ALTIA. I was wondering if I should submit via the email provided on the website, or apply via JobsInJapan/GaijinPot posts? The application process video they have on youtube is a little dated and they don’t update their website too often it seems. Would appreciate any input. Pretty intent on applying for ALTIA because it means I can get abroad sooner, so no use in trying to talk me out of dispatch companies lol.

If I remember correctly. Applying via Gaijinpot leads you to the official website anyway.
I personally sent the details to their recruitment email as listed on their site.
Got a response that way.
ALTIA is considered one of the better ALT companies so don’t feel too bad about applying to them.
I worked there several years ago. I applied through the email and they responded pretty much immediately. I don’t know how the process is now, but I sent them all the required documents and they eventually interviewed me and I got the job. They were very prompt about responding and letting me know when they got whatever documents I sent.
I did it through Gaijinpot and all went well.
My friend is a recruiter for Altia. Maybe I I can link him to this and get you some answers
Apply via both avenues.
I emailed my resume and cover letter to Altia.
They’re a good company; worked for them for a year.
Good luck!
