I left Japan in April and went back to Europe
I noticed immigration and went to the tax office, explained I was leaving Japan filled all the forms.
My tax should be paid in July.
At the airport, they pinched a hole thought my residence card as it was about to expire.
Now, I was wondering, as long as I have a company sponsoring my work visa, will I have any problem getting back in Japan only few months after I left ?

Assuming you get a new CoE and a new visa, you won’t have any problems.
If you’re planning on reentering on your previous status of residence… Yes, you’ll have lots of problems, because it doesn’t exist anymore.
They can’t punch a hole in your zairyu card unless it’s expired or you request it.
