Hey, my friend fell and bust their lip up on the pavement in Tokyo, we’re around Shibuya. Can anyone recommend a good doctors to go to tomorrow around Tokyo? Thank you.

If it’s not so bad that they don’t need immediate attention like stitches, there is really nothing else a doctor can do for it the next day. Put antibiotic ointment, take some ibuprofen, and ice it. If it’s bad enough you think you need stitches call emergency and be taken to a hospital don’t wait overnight.
For next time, hopefully not a next time, go immediately for facial injuries.
Tomorrow won’t be good enough. If it’s spit you can hope it heals well but good chance your friend is gonna have a prominent scar. If it was stitches worthy
