Package Stuck in Narita Customs Since 11/29

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I made a cosmetic purchase with Beauty Bay and because they used some shit shipper called Aramex.

I call them that because they have their website rigged where there’s no way of contacting them. They have the options but they lead to no where or are faulty.

I called Narita customs and because I was given such little information they were unable to help me and recommended I call the shipper.

I contacted the seller and demanded they fix the situation because they chose that shitty shipping company. I’ve never had an issue with a purchase with the others shippers they chose. And if I’m not mistaken, this shipper deals with major companies and not regular consumers. Beauty Bay never directly provided me with the shipping details on their website. They only gave them to me after I noticed they hadn’t updated the status of my haul in a few weeks.

I got my items at a steal and I would rather just have them than cancel the other and what not, but I’m getting sick of playing games.

The first time Beauty Bay sent me tracking, they sent me someone else’s tracking and the next day they provided me with my own but when ghost silent after I informed them of the same issues.

I noticed in similar cases here on reddit, people say to just wait but I have recieved any sort of notification or document from Narita customs. And I’m worried my package is going to returned to sender soon.

Is there anything I can do other than just dispute the purchase on my card and forget all about the items and never purchase with the company again?
