  2. Looks good. I like to slice the salmon real thin and lay the cucumber and avocado inside of it then roll the whole thing. It’s gives good esthetics and reduces the chunk feel of cube cut fish in the mouth…

  3. Only thing I’d day is that some of the pieces look to have different cuts in width.

    Other than that I’d say these look amazing for homemade! Wish I could be there to taste… you know… for strictly constructive criticism… definitely not because this picture made me hungry… hahahahaaa… yeaah.

  4. Only thing I can see is spread the rice more evenly on the nori. On personal preference I would cut the cucumber into thinner slices, the same amount is fine. The crunch a cucumber brings is good balance to softer rolls like spicy tuna, but its awkward mouth feels to me to find a giant chunk while eating
