Another man dies in police custody after being denied treatment 〘This is a new case〙

1. It’s unfortunate but it says he complained of a fever and breathing difficulties but when they checked him his temperature was normal and he seemed to have no trouble breathing. It could very well be a case of a detainee lying to get out, or it could be legit but it seems hard to say until more is known.

   One things for sure though: it’s awful timing for the police.

2. You’ve basically got to die in prison to get any attention from the media about the way police treat suspects. It’s medieval. No right to a lawyer, no visits, no phone calls. Fake re-arrests on release from detainment to renew the holding period. Punishing interrogations. The list goes on. Anything the cops said they did here isn’t to be trusted.

3. This is of course not good, but based only on what is written, this seems to be more neglect – sadly not so unusual.
   The other case was brutal, sustained torture and murder.

4. There are probably some important details missing here.

   No doubt these will gradually emerge, like with the other case where they killed that man.
