Tsujita is a reliable chain in Kanto. And they’ve done good work expanding in America too. 🙂
Why do you suggest ordering noodles hot instead of cold? I’ve usually gotten them cold for that spring factor, and when making it at home I’ve cooled the noodles too. Don’t think I ever tried them hot, maybe I will next time.
