I already found one for anime (I’d like to found other sources too!), but I was really hoping to found one with manga (if possible, with furigana), excepitionally because I want to adquire vocabulary and of course read the glorious nichijou manga, hehehe.

I’d just recommend Book Walker and get manga that has a book club reading it as you can use those resources if the furigana is messy or low quality.
What’s the anime site you’re using, out of curiosity?
I recently discovered this website that has a lot of manga and you can switch between Japanese and English (and sometimes other languages)
