As the title implies, I’m looking at shipping a fair sized pallet/skid of personal items back home to North America and wondered if anyone has any recommendations for companies they’ve used?
Before covid I shipped a pallet of about 24 boxes (about 30cm² each) weighing a total of around 400lbs / 180kg back and the cost was about $1000 USD, a few hundred bucks cheaper than if I had shipped by Japan Post surface but unfortunately the freight forwarder I used no longer exists.
Any suggestions would be helpful…I realize that prices have likely gone up due to the mess with Russia and post-covid inflation, just weighing my options before I go with Japan Post

Nippon Express is good
I posted a detailed list of best cost performance freight companies that would help you, yet I digress I can’t find the thread now sorry.
Move Japan will come in with one of the cheapest quotes. Great service too. Used multiple times.
