Need to find a Rinko bag for my minivelo (Bruno 20 ROAD DROP), but I need one that doesn’t require the removal of a wheel and that is really compact when folded (size of a drink bottle). Please shoot if you know one. 🙇♂️

I’m looking for a gift for a family member who will be working in Japan for the next year. I was thinking a gift card to a conbini near his home, something like 7-11, Lawson, or Family Mart so he can grab snacks and things.
I saw that “Quo cards” are accepted at most of them, but I can’t seem to find a way to purchase one. It seems their website is only in Japanese. Any suggestions for how to buy one or something similar? Thanks!
I’m leaving Japan this weekend and just want to make sure I have all my bases covered. I’ve already informed the city hall I’m leaving and have set up mail forwarding so they can send the final resident tax bill to my gf.
Not sure I have to do anything further regarding taxes and insurance? I will probably check the return within one year box on the immigration form when I leave so I can keep my residence card for at least a year in case I need to come back to resolve any issues. Anything I’m missing here?

Currently picking up my brother in Tokyo and planning to head back to Osaka after Thursday evening.
Still not sure if I should book a flight at 7am on Friday or Take the midnight bus. If midnight bus I don’t mind splurging (less than 8k per person) because the ones I’ve used are awful. We are both fairly tall so we might not fit. I’ve also though about taking the bullet train but I don’t want to spend 30k just to head back.
