Sorry if this has been asked before.
I bought a Sony Bravia android TV awhile ago and was able to change the language of the TV to English. However, all of the movie titles and things for each app are still in Japanese.
Is it possible to change all of them to their equivalent English titles?
Would a Chromecast with Google TV or Apple TV work better?

That depends on the app. If the service is a Japanese one, then probably not.
The app on the app store should detail which languages it has been localized into, if you’re lucky.
Often the information on movies available are managed within the country. That means that most services won’t change the titles from Japanese.
In my experience, a big exception is Netflix. You can change the language in your settings and it’ll use that language on the TV too. It also puts most of the titles into English, with some exceptions for Japanese shows.
A lot of it depends on the specific app. Some of them may have individual settings, such as Amazon Prime.
