Sunset roll has spicy crab(imitation crab, spicy mayo, tempura flake, and masago) and some avocado. It’s topped with seared salmon, spicy mayo, eel sauce, tempura flake, scallion, and masago. Philly roll is smoked salmon, avocado, and cream cheese.
I’ve traveled the world in search of the best sushi, and dined at what are considered some of the best sushi restaurants on multiple continents, but I still love a good Philly roll.
