Does anyone know how to get it to stop? I don’t use my phone for the ticket gate, I just tap my IC card, but for some reason every time I look at my phone after walking through the gate, my Apple wallet has opened. Has anyone else had this too? It used to only be every so often but it’s been happening every time recently.

Have you set an express card? If so, disable it in the settings.
Take the card out and use it separately from your wallet/phone case. That’s what I had to do as my wallet is too thick
Your iPhone is perfect, either learn to appreciate the service Apple is providing you or buy a new iPhone.
Turn off location services for Wallet.
You seem to have your IC card close to your phone? If you haven’t registered your card as express transit then the gate is taking the money from the physical card, but the sensor itself is activating the wallet. Nothing to worry about, money will not be coming out of anything in the wallet. If you don’t want the wallet feature to keep getting activated by the gate, keep the physical card away from your phone
