Has anyone bought an apartment in Japan? We are in the process now and decided to document it. Curious how long the process normally takes?

1. I started looking and it took about 3-4 months to find my perfect place (I wasn’t in a hurry). After that I had the keys about 2 months later. I moved in about a month after that.

   No idea what is usual but that was my experience
