My nose always gets so dry during winter, to the point it bleeds a little bit when I blow my nose and it hurts to breathe sometimes, specially when I wake up. Does anyone have a spray for dry nose they can recommend? Or smth else besides a humidifier? Thank you.

There are those steam/humidifying sleep masks in most drug stores. This on amazon for example

How about the sinus rinse set from Costco? [https://www.costco.com/neilmed-sinus-rinse-kit-.product.100358150.html](https://www.costco.com/neilmed-sinus-rinse-kit-.product.100358150.html)
Can I ask why “besides a humidifier”?
Because a humidifier is the only thing that work for my nose bleeds and sore throats in the winter.
Vaseline in the nostrils.
How about nasal rinse? You can buy them, but they’re stupid expensive in Japan. You could try making them. You can find a tool to squirt at 100yen shops.
I always have a set of cheap nasal rinse from overseas for pollen season.
Ayr gel! It’s better than anything else. Also helps with under nose chaffing.
