I don’t want to pay for SECOM/etc.
What connected system do you recommend for break-in detection (i.e. WiFi window/door open/vibration sensors compatible with assistants/IFTTT/etc) ?
Wyze looks very good value, but unfortunately they don’t ship to Japan.
(Note: I already have anything needed on the video surveillance side)

What good is a DIY home security system if the security guard (like the SECOM guy) doesn’t come when your home is broken-in? Just wondering.
