If you use your unemployment insurance from hello work when you have no job does it affect your pr = permanent residence if you apply for it.
I lost my job and I used unemployment insurance which gets me 18万=18000 yen but I am afraid is it affect my or process anyone have any proper information.

No it won’t affect your PR. Unemployement insurance is something you’ve paid into.
