1. I’m glad she got the decision by city hall reversed but my understanding was that the Supreme Court of Japan has ruled that permanent residents are not guaranteed eligibility for welfare benefits.

9. Yea, the government can reject the application, but the government staff as the representative of the government, the thing the staff spoke is highly racist.
   Especially the Japanese were persuaded to be migrated to Brazil a few generations before as a kind of national projects, it was a complicated issue…
