Depends what size, what area and what age of the building.
A random search on Suumo shows that it is about the average for 1LDK/2K/2DK configurations in the good areas of very central Tokyo, which sounds about right.
I pay 77,000¥ for my 1LDK 28sqm apartment in Tokyo. It’s a 3 minute walk to the station (1-2 minutes if I run) and just two stations away from Shinjuku station.. 20 minutes on foot from Shinjuku Central Park.
Sounds good for 45-50sq.m. 10-12 minutes from the station, less than 30 minutes to shibuya, within 10 years from construction.
