What’s your experience with people with profiles that say they don’t know yet what they are looking for on Bumble or other dating apps? It may also be an experience you’ve heard from someone else.
Don’t assume anything and just talk to them you’ll see where it leads. I’ve seen people saying they were looking for relationship while having “something casual” written on their profile so don’t pay too much attention to that I think.
“I want to fuck, but ‘something casual’ sounds tacky.”
It means they’re open to casual, serious, or just wasting time— but it depends on how much they like the other person.
Lots of people put vague stuff in their profiles to ward off dudes who just want to sleep around.
Being vague is like a signal that you aren’t easy and not just a one night stand.
I know plenty of guys and girls who put stuff like “not sure what I want” or “just checking this app out” who really would hop into bed with the right person after some short messages back and forth. But they are the ones who initiate it. You get a lot less creeps messaging you if they think you are flaky.
