I’m already well acquainted with many learning oriented podcasts (i will never be able to thank Tomo-sensei enough) i’ve made insane progress (we’re talking about not being able to understand N4 in 2021 to binging N1 content in 2022) and i think i should start thinking of aiming higher. Anything is okay as long as it is on Spotify/Youtube/Any platform where I can download the .mp3 of the show.

My favourite is [Call If You Need Me](https://anchor.fm/call-if-you-need-me). Two female musicians have long, laid-back conversations about their lives and society, sometimes with guests.
I just learned this today but apparently in Spotify you can go Search > Podcasts > Podcast charts > Podcast charts by country > Japan > Top Podcasts/Top Episodes and then just try whatever tickles you fancy. I assume you’d have no problems navigating the Japanese charts if you’re looking for N1+/native material but there you go.
I’m listening to SokoAni, it’s discussions about ongoing anime series and movies with a few hosts and reading fan comments. Doesn’t cater to language learners, but watching the anime they are talking about helps to figure out the context.
