I am using yuucho bank and rakuten card, since I usually travel and especially after covid, I would like to change to a oversea friendly one. Is there any bank and credit card that is good for oversea withdraw and shopping?
Wise and Revolut if you want to use the cards abroad with no foreign transaction fees. I recommend having both if you want to withdraw money as well. I think they both have about 25-30k JPY limit per month on their free withdrawals abroad.
SMBC and Wise in tandem worked for me
You can always do cashing and payments from your Rakuten card overseas. Bonus if you have a rakuten bank debit card, you can do direct withdrawals as well. Sony bank also supports overseas payments via debit and direct withdrawals
