Is there anyone had experience transferring Rakuten points from one account to another? Is it even possible?
In addition, can the Rakuten gift card be purchased online? From the info I found, it seems there is no way but to go to supa/conbini to buy one.
Will be glad to hear any suggestions!

You can transfer poinst between family members it seems, https://www.rakuten-card.co.jp/service/family-card/point/
You can only buy giftcard in physical shops, it seems: https://giftcard.cash.rakuten.co.jp/ (bottom of page lists where you can get it)
