I bought some kintsuba today and was wondering how long is the shelf life on them and do I refrigerate? Was wondering if they will go bad by the time I give them as a gift on Jan 1st.

I asked my Japanese husband and he said it doesn’t need refrigeration.
Depends on if they are fresh ones or the additive filled ones you get at the combini.
If it’s a fresh one I’d give it two days max in the fridge. The combini ones will last much longer. Probably around a week but don’t quote me on that

Normally, kintsuba doesn’t need refrigerator. But even after frozen, kintsuba keeps same taste. —for me.
