HELP! Clarification on All Area Nikko Bus Pass

Hi! I’m travelling to Japan and planning to visit Nikko for 2-3 days. I understand that there is the Nikko All Area Bus Pass available by TOBU.

I just want to clarify if I am able to purchase the bus pass at Nikko station itself? Or do I need to purchase it online, and travel to the TOBU Tourist Information Centre at Asakusa Station for collection?
