3. Off to a great start! Roll it tighter and get a sharper knife and learn how to cut properly. The size of each piece also looks off. Watch a video and round two will be even better!

12. Was the rice cool enough? I found my first few times the seaweed looked kind of sad and got better results making sure the temp of the rice was just right. Great job though looks much better than my first attempt!

16. It’s tougher than it looks, I tried it myself and decided I’d stick to homemade sashimi instead haha. Congrats on your first attempt, and I wish you luck on future rolls!
