horse sashimi~ the texture is similar to beef (maybe a lil chewier) but the flavor is SUPER mild, it doesn’t have any of the “meatiness” that beef/duck have which was kinda boring. the fat was the most interesting bite, tasted sweeter than beef, could be cool to cook with. overall it was fine

  1. I had horse sashimi during a team dinner in Japan and no one told me until I had a piece. Wasn’t anything special, but it’s great conversation starter.
