It’s gotta be, or at least be used like, an interjection. いいえ is not one of those words that would be used in such a way, being way too formal for such situation.
This example is rarely seen I think. Since いいえ is the texbook polite version of declining a request, or meant as “not at all”/”that’s fine” etc. Written out someone might even think you saying “yey” いえーい!
You’ll see いやだああああぁぁぁ as it’s a lot more common/casual.
