my first attempt at a roll was really tasty, although next time I need to do better at sealing the roll, I’m content for a daunting first try!

1. That’s nice looking! When I make sushi, somehow the nori always rolls with the rice. It’s hard to explain, but I think it’s because the sheet is too big.. but I don’t even know which size is correct then 😔
