    For whoever is interested making it, it’s super easy. I made mines from a recipe with Chinese so I found this recipe which is similar but not quite the same.

    I also added Bonito soup base (mostly for soba noodles) and a little more soy sauce in the sauce when I’m cooking (Step 3 in this recipe). And I’m NOT cooking my beef for 5 mins since the beef are thin and they will be too tough for 5 mins. Just cook until once they turned brown and immediately take them out of the sauce and put it on the side.

    For the egg, I cooked mines for 5 and a half minutes and leave it in the hot water for another 30 seconds, take it out and put it into cold water. I’m really precise on my eggs lol but you can find guidelines online depending on how you want your eggs cooked.
