I’m writing this on behalf of my wife who is African American. She has dark circles around her eyes and makes her look very tired. Does anyone know any skin care specialist for dark eye circles in Tokyo or Kanagawa area?
It’s affecting her self confidence and I do not like seeing her feel about herself that way.
