Language Buddy

Hi,
I was hoping to find an advice.
I’m starting to learn Jappanesse, listening to podcasts and ytb videos. But I’ve never ever used or been in contact with this language, nor the alphabet, no manga either.

I was trying to find someone from my office to ask for help, but scared They wouldn’t take it as positive as I feel about it.

My Question would be: Is there any buddy, who has time 2x a week for a talk ? I found myself learning the best by communication, as most people.
I know people get paid for it, but it’s way above my salary lvl..

I will proceed with learning on my own, even if nobody replies, but I would be more then Grateful.
