Sushi rolls in Ohio (better than what you’d think)

Top: Tuna, salmon, yellowtail, white tuna, asparagus, topped with jalapeño, tobiko, and spicy mayo

Middle: spicy salmon, spicy yellowtail, topped with white tuna, avocado, and wasabi sauce

Bottom: Kani, cucumber, avocado, soy bean paper, deep-fried and topped with popcorn shrimp and special sauce (sweet and sour?)

  1. I’d eat all that and enjoy it very much. The great thing about sushi needing to be frozen is that you can get quality ingredients almost anywhere. The care and skill to handle them is the real achievement.

  2. Most of the sushi that I used to get in Ohio was so much better than all the sushi I’ve eaten since moving to Oregon 10 years ago
