1. This picture was taken at [Ryu Sushi](https://data.tokyo.com/guide/taste/ryu-sushi/). It’s a restaurant right outside of Tsukiji. It seems to still be there despite the market being closed/moved.

   It was at this restaurant I had high quality tuna nigiri for the first time (Chu-Toro pictured 2nd from the left here), and it opened a new universe for me in terms of sushi…
