3. Yummy A couple of questions
   1) how long did it take to make that quantity ?
   2) how much rice (I’m guessing 2 cups uncooked)

   I never make near that quantity as I’m only one in the house that eats Sushi. But I want to make for a party upcoming and trying to get a handle on how long etc.?
