Sorry, could you elaborate on what you mean when you’re asking how to use the book? I think it’s obvious you’re looking for an answer beyond “you read it”. Do you mean how to use it to study Japanese? Use it to mine kanji and vocab? A little more context is helpful. What level are you? How long have you been studying Japanese?
Some different ways you could get use out of this book:
* Like others have said, use it for Japanese study! However, if you don’t know any Japanese at all yet, you will have to do some beginner Japanese learning before this book becomes useful. (Check out the Genki japanese learning books, or apps like Memrise).
* Use it as a decoration. If you have a bookshelf with other similar books on it (cute comics, illustrations, etc.), it could look nice some place like that!
* Use it as a reference for drawing practice. This book is bound to have a bunch of cute illustrations of characters interacting. You can take inspiration from these illustrations, and make illustrations of your own. For example, you could try to copy the illustrations closely, or, you could redraw what is happening in the illustration but using your own characters or your own style.
