Need Advice: Looking for electric drill near Chiba

1. Some large Home Centers may have rental drills and power tools. Like DCM Homac or similarly sized places.

2. Any big box electric store or home center should have some selection – you may need to narrow down “Chiba” to a station name or area if you want an actual store name. Unless you mean Chiba Station, then you should clarify that.

   However, if it’s a one off job, just rent one as u/c00750ny3h suggests. I’ve done this before for jigsaws and such and it’s less than 1000 yen.

4. Just another advice: if you plan to purchase something from amazon, in this case is a desk, it’s better to check the description, even the review of the item. So you know it will include thr screwdrivers or not. And you can ask complain if somehow it’s expected to include screwdrivers but there is none.

   I believe even if your current desk doesn’t include the screwdrivers, it has information about the details. You can just bring it to the home store and show it to the staff.

5. Amazon had plenty of basic electric screwdrivers when I had this issue. I ended up getting something with same day delivery.

   And you just need a screwdriver I guess. A tool with drill capabilities will be more expensive than you need for putting furniture together.

   You know the holes will be pre-drilled on the desk.
   Just grab a screw driver.
